Our floating docks are supported by heavy duty 18 inch HDPE pontoons with thick 5/8 inch walls, extrusion welded caps, and welded mounting brackets for long term structural integrity. These are not foam filled floats. They are engineered flotation systems built for durability, stability, and consistent freeboard.

Above the water, you will find pressure treated, cedar, or composite decking options secured with heavy duty hardware, quality cleats, and precision framing that feels solid underfoot. The goal is simple: a dock that looks great, performs flawlessly, and stays that way.

At Cottage Classic Docks, we're proud to offer R&J Machine docks—built with over 46 years of trusted Canadian craftsmanship. These premium aluminum docks are constructed using 6061-T6 marine grade aluminum for long-lasting performance. Featuring a heavy-duty welded truss design, R&J docks can span up to 16 feet between legs, providing superior strength and stability. The robust corner extrusion supports 2 3/8” OD pipe legs and includes full-length welded gussets at every corner, along with a replaceable leg holder bolt assembly for easy maintenance. With a freeboard height of 15–18” above the water, these Aluminum Truss Pipe Docks or WaveX Docks are ideal for both function and style.

Made from ultra-durable, thick-walled polyethylene—originally engineered for heavy-duty industrial and mining applications—our pontoons are built to handle whatever nature throws at them.

Installation is straightforward with mounting brackets every 4 feet, making it easy to assemble and customize your dock system.
